By creating a MechDiary account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MechDiary provides workshop management software including booking management, job cards, invoicing, and reminders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with other workshops. One account is for one workshop.
The subscription is £39/month plus applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. The trial period is 14 days from account creation. At the end of the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue. Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@mechdiary.co.uk within 30 days of your first charge.
You retain ownership of your workshop data. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You must not use MechDiary for anything illegal, to send spam, to store data that violates the privacy of individuals without their consent, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
MechDiary is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or any consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you in any month is capped at the amount you paid us in that month.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
